Accountant cum Inventory Management

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and motivated Accountant cum Inventory Management Executive to join our supermarket team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, inventory management, stock monitoring, purchase and sales entries, invoice verification, and stock reconciliation.

Freshers with a B.Com or relevant accounting background are welcome to apply. Candidates with previous experience in supermarket, retail, FMCG, accounting, or inventory management will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting records and transactions.

Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.

Verify purchase invoices and supplier bills.

Handle accounts payable and receivable.

Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.

Record purchases, sales, stock transfers, returns, damages, and adjustments.

Conduct regular physical stock verification.

Reconcile physical stock with system stock and identify discrepancies.

Educational Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / equivalent accounting qualification preferred.

Candidates with relevant accounting knowledge and computer skills may also apply.

Pay

₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
