We are hiring experienced Back Office Executives for a blended Chat \& Email support process.

Candidates with strong written communication skills and prior customer service experience are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service.
• Chat or Email Support experience is mandatory.
• Graduate / Undergraduate can apply with 6 months BPO Experience.
• Immediate Joiners preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via Chat and Email.
• Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customers.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and communication.

Salary

Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month.

In - hand

25,500 to 26,000k

Cabs both sides provided within 20km range.
