House of Fett is a premium women's western wear brand known for bold, contemporary silhouettes and statement dressing. The brand retails through its own stores in leading malls across Delhi NCR, a growing franchise network, and retail partners such as Shoppers Stop and Aza Fashions. We are expanding quickly and are looking for sales-driven retail talent who want to grow with the brand.

What You Will Do

• Own the store's monthly sales target and drive daily conversions on the floor
• Lead by example: strong personal selling plus coaching the team on closing and add-ons
• Plan shifts, manage the store team, and keep floor energy high through the day
• Maintain visual merchandising and House of Fett brand standards
• Manage stock: counts, replenishment, shrinkage control, and audits
• Send daily sales reports and MIS to head office

What We Are Looking For

• 3 to 5 years in fashion or apparel retail, with at least 1 year leading a store or a shift
• Proven record of achieving sales targets, be ready to share your numbers
• Strong customer handling, grooming, and communication
• Comfortable with mall timings, weekends, and festive season working

Role Details

• Salary: ₹28,000 to ₹35,000 per month
• Location: Noida Mall of India
• Employment type: Full time, on-site
