Job Summary

College Vidya is hiring Admission Counsellors with experience in Online UG/PG Admissions and Academic Counselling. The candidate will be responsible for counselling working professionals and students, handling qualified leads, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and working professionals for Online UG/PG Degree Programs.
• Understand career goals and recommend suitable university/program options.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, follow-ups, objections, and negotiations.
• Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain lead and follow-up records in LeadSquared CRM.
• Guide candidates throughout the admission and registration process.

Mandatory Performance Metrics

• 200+ unique calls/dials per day
• Minimum 2 hours talk time per day
• 8–12 admissions per month
• ₹5–7 Lakhs monthly revenue

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Online Education Sales / UG-PG Admissions / Academic Counselling.
• Strong communication, counselling, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with LeadSquared or other CRM tools preferred.
• Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to convert leads.
• Graduate in any discipline.
