Production Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION – PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily atta production and packaging operations as per production plan.
• Manage operators, workers and shift-wise manpower.
• Monitor production output, quality, wastage and machine performance.
• Ensure proper packing, weighing, sealing, coding and labeling.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain daily production, wastage and downtime reports.
• Ensure GMP, hygiene, safety and 5S standards are followed.
• Ensure minimum downtime and achieve daily production targets.

Required Skills

• Experience in Atta/Wheat Mill, Food Processing or FMCG Plant preferred.
• Good manpower handling and communication skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, packaging and quality control.
• Ability to manage shifts and resolve production issues.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
