JOB DESCRIPTION – PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily atta production and packaging operations as per production plan.
- Manage operators, workers and shift-wise manpower.
- Monitor production output, quality, wastage and machine performance.
- Ensure proper packing, weighing, sealing, coding and labeling.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain daily production, wastage and downtime reports.
- Ensure GMP, hygiene, safety and 5S standards are followed.
- Ensure minimum downtime and achieve daily production targets.
Required Skills
- Experience in Atta/Wheat Mill, Food Processing or FMCG Plant preferred.
- Good manpower handling and communication skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, packaging and quality control.
- Ability to manage shifts and resolve production issues.
- Pay
- ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
