About the Role

Luxaddi is looking for a well-groomed, polite and responsible Pantry Boy / Office Hospitality Executive to maintain our pantry and provide professional hospitality to clients, architects, designers and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water and refreshments.
• Maintain pantry, crockery and hospitality areas with high hygiene standards.
• Keep meeting rooms clean and ready for client meetings.
• Provide professional and courteous service to clients and visitors.
• Maintain pantry stock and inform Admin about requirements.
• Minimise wastage and ensure proper use of supplies.
• Support meetings, showroom visits and events.
• Follow daily cleaning and hygiene checklists.
• Coordinate with Admin/Housekeeping for office requirements.

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of pantry, hospitality or office support experience.
• Polite, presentable and well-groomed.
• Good manners and communication skills.
• Punctual, disciplined and trustworthy.
• Service-oriented and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable working in a premium luxury showroom/office environment.
