Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer complaints and queries related to dry fruits and food products. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer concerns, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Understand and document complaints related to
• Product quality and freshness
• Taste, smell, or appearance
• Damaged or incorrect products
• Packaging and leakage issues
• Missing items or quantity discrepancies
• Expired/near-expiry products
• Delivery delays or delivery-related issues
• Collect necessary details such as order number, product name, batch number, invoice, photographs/videos, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Warehouse, Dispatch, Sales, and Delivery teams to investigate complaints.
• Arrange replacement, refund, credit note, or other resolution as per company policy.
• Follow up with customers until the complaint is completely resolved.
• Maintain proper records of all complaints and their resolution status.
• Identify recurring complaints and escalate serious or repeated quality issues to the concerned department.
• Share customer feedback with the Quality and Operations teams for continuous improvement.
• Ensure professional, polite, and empathetic communication with customers.
• Prepare daily/weekly complaint reports and highlight major issues to management.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
