Job Role

As a Customer Care Executive, you will communicate with customers over the phone and assist with queries related to their accounts, payments, and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls professionally and politely.
• Communicate with customers regarding account and payment-related matters.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate information or assistance.
• Follow up with customers as required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the internal team when required.
• Follow company policies, processes, and communication guidelines.
• Achieve assigned daily/monthly targets.

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
