Real Estate ExecutiveJob Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Real Estate Executive to handle property sales, client interactions, site visits, and basic property maintenance coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial properties.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits.
• Follow up with clients and assist in negotiations and sales closures.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure properties are clean, presentable, and ready for visits.
• Coordinate with maintenance vendors for repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep.
• Maintain client, property, sales, and maintenance records.
• Update CRM and prepare regular sales and activity reports.
• Coordinate with management and internal teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales/property management preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of property sales and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Target-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and property visits.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
