Trainee Accounts Assistant

We are a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm offering comprehensive services in tax, audit, accounting, and advisory. We are looking for a motivated and diligent Trainee Article or Paid Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of accounting and finance under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks including bookkeeping, data entry, and financial statement preparation.
• Support in tax filings, audit work, and other compliance-related activities.
• Prepare reports and documents for clients under the supervision of senior staff.
• Conduct research and assist in preparing tax returns and financial statements.
• Attend client meetings and communicate basic financial information.
• Learn about various aspects of accounting and taxation in a practical work environment.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience (internship or coursework) in accounting or finance is a plus.
• Fresher also preffered.
