ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing calls. Attend customer and business enquiries. Follow up on leads and interested customers. Identify potential leads and share them with the Sales team. Coordinate with the Sales team for regular follow-ups. Handle basic email communication. Maintain basic call and lead details. Update information in Excel or other internal systems as required.
