Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic Field Recruiter to handle bulk and volume hiring of Picker & Packer profiles for leading E-commerce clients across South India. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive bulk hiring for Picker & Packer roles across multiple locations. Source candidates through field recruitment, migrant networks, vendors, job fairs, NGOs, employment exchanges, WhatsApp groups and local references . Build and maintain strong migrant candidate networks . Conduct ground-level sourcing, screening, counselling and follow-ups. Coordinate interviews, documentation and joining formalities. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly joining targets. Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates. RequirementsPrior experience in blue-collar / bulk / volume recruitment . Strong exposure to field sourcing and migrant hiring . Good local market knowledge and candidate network. Ability to work with high-volume hiring targets. Strong communication, follow-up and coordination skills. Candidates with experience hiring Picker, Packer, Loader or Warehouse workers will be preferred.
