Field Recruiter

We are seeking an energetic and mobile Field Recruiter to lead our grassroots talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will step out of the office to find top talent where they are—at community hubs, career fairs, trade schools, and local events. You will serve as the primary brand ambassador for our company, managing the full recruitment cycle from initial in-person contact to onboarding.
