Job Title: Kitchen Helper / Commi 3 Company: Caterspoint Industry: Cloud Kitchen / Food Delivery Job Type: Full-time Job Description: Caterspoint is looking for hardworking and responsible Kitchen Helpers / Commi 3 to join our cloud kitchen team. The candidate will support daily food preparation, cooking, order processing, packing, and kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene. Key Responsibilities: Assist chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation. Wash, cut, peel, portion, and prepare ingredients as per requirements. Assist in cooking and preparing food according to recipes and kitchen standards. Prepare ingredients and dishes for multiple customer orders efficiently. Ensure correct portioning and presentation of food. Pack food orders accurately and ensure items are properly packed for delivery. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, utensils, and equipment. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times. Properly store ingredients and maintain proper food handling practices. Check stock and inform the supervisor/chef about ingredient shortages. Support the team during peak order hours and handle high-volume operations. Follow instructions from the Chef/Kitchen Supervisor. Assist with general kitchen duties, including cleaning and dishwashing when required. Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in a kitchen, restaurant, hotel, catering, or cloud kitchen is preferred. Freshers with a willingness to learn can also apply. Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations. Good hygiene and cleanliness habits. Ability to work quickly and accurately during peak hours. Team player with a positive attitude. Punctual, hardworking, and responsible. Willingness to work in shifts.
