Job Description

Solution Sahab is looking for an experienced and confident Senior Telecaller with excellent English communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, customer follow-ups, explaining company products and services, handling customer queries, and converting potential leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and business clients.

Communicate professionally in fluent English and Hindi.

Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.

Follow up with prospective customers and existing clients.

Explain company products and services clearly to customers.

Handle customer queries, objections, and sales inquiries.

Maintain daily calling reports and customer databases.

Achieve monthly calling, lead generation, and sales targets.

Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

Guide and support junior telecallers when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer relationship management preferred.

Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills are mandatory.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Experience in outbound calling and lead generation.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM software.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

B2B calling or sales experience will be an added advantage.
