We are hiring Graduate Freshers for the position of Customer Service Executive for an International Voice Process with a leading ITES company in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

Good communication skills

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Handle customer queries through calls and chat support

Maintain high standards of customer service and quality

Document customer interactions accurately

Follow process guidelines, company policies, and quality standards
