Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates: 1–12 years of contact centre experience

• HSC Candidates: 18 months–10 years of contact centre experience

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 Voice Select)

• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable working rotational and night shifts, including weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.

• Maintain service quality and achieve performance targets.

• Deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Meet key performance metrics and implement feedback effectively.
