We work with leading builders and developers and help homebuyers and investors find the right residential and commercial properties across Pune. Role OverviewWe are looking for energetic and result-driven Sales Executives to generate leads, conduct site visits, and close property deals. You will be the main point of contact between our clients and developers. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on leads from calls, digital campaigns, walk-ins, and references Call prospective customers and understand their budget, location, and property needs Present suitable residential and commercial projects to clients Arrange and conduct site visits for clients Negotiate and close deals, and support clients through booking and documentation Maintain regular follow-up with clients until closure Build good relationships with builders, developers, and clients for repeat and referral business Keep daily records of leads, follow-ups, and visits in the CRM/Excel Achieve monthly sales targets RequirementsEducation: 12th pass / Graduate in any stream Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English Confident, presentable, and target-oriented Basic knowledge of the Pune real estate market (Hinjewadi, Wakad, Tathawade, Punawale, Ravet) is an advantage Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred (for site visits) Basic computer and smartphone skills Prior experience in real estate, insurance, banking, or field sales is a plus Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹30,000 per month (fixed, based on experience) + attractive incentives High commission on every deal closed Petrol/travel allowance for site visits Training and growth opportunities Performance bonuses and incentive trips Friendly work environment Site visits may require weekend availability How to ApplyApply directly on Apna.com or contact: Company: Xfactor Realty Contact Person: Ajay Apatwar Phone/WhatsApp: 7058356193 Office Address: The Centrum, First Floor, Office No. 115, Bhumkar Chowk Road, Tathawade, PCMC, Pune – 411033
