Role Overview

Zyngram is looking for motivated Marketing Trainees to develop practical skills in digital marketing, lead generation, content creation, social media, customer engagement and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research and identify potential customers.

Generate genuine organic leads.

Create social media posts, posters, reels and promotional content.

Support SEO, SMM, SMO and digital marketing activities.

Assist in customer communication and lead follow-ups.

Support Zyngram product, service and franchise marketing.

Execute assigned marketing campaigns.

Maintain daily activity and lead reports.

Meet assigned training and performance targets.

Training Process

Days 1–15: Common Training

Days 16–45: Role-Based Practical Marketing Training

Day 45: Final Assessment & Performance Evaluation

Training Course Fee

₹35,000 – Returnable Training Course Fee

The course fee is returnable after 3 months of successful employment, in 3 equal monthly instalments, subject to the terms and conditions of the candidate agreement.

Eligibility

Freshers or candidates with relevant marketing interest/experience.

Basic computer and internet knowledge.

Good communication skills.

Creative and target-oriented mindset.

Willingness to learn digital and AI-powered marketing tools.
