Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care: Conduct physical assessments, check vital signs, clean and dress wounds, manage IV lines or catheters, and administer prescribed medications and injections.

Patient and Family Education: Teach patients and caregivers how to manage medications, perform basic care routines, and recognize warning signs of complications.

Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other specialists to update and execute personalized treatment plans. [1, 2]

Documentation: Record accurate notes on patient recovery, symptoms, and vital sign changes during every visit.
