Job Summary

We are looking for a Staff Nurse to support routine patient care and clinical activities at our Erode location. Candidates with previous hospital experience are preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients according to clinical instructions and established procedures.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and relevant observations.
• Assist doctors and senior nursing staff during consultations and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient and nursing documentation.
• Prepare patients for consultations and procedures.
• Follow infection-control, hygiene, and patient-safety practices.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff.
• Maintain nursing supplies and equipment appropriately.
• Communicate routine care instructions clearly to patients and attendants.
• Report changes in a patient's condition to the appropriate medical staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Eligibility

• GNM or B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing registration as applicable.
• Previous hospital experience required.
• Good communication and patient-care skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records.
• Ability to work effectively with a clinical team.
• Immediate joiners required.
