Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify walk-in customers at store and convert as painting business
- At home consultation, Product/Shade selection support and quotation sharing
- Coordinate with the painting contractor and give work schedule
- Supervision of Work-in-Progress Sites.
- Ensure prompt payment collection from the customers as per defined payment terms.
- Ensure work is completed as per customer expectation with good Net Promoter Score.
- Bike mandatory.
