Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Manager with proven experience in B2B sales of Industrial Sales \& Industrial B2B. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through direct industry visits and building strong relationships with key decision-makers such as HR Heads, Sales Heads, and Directors.

Qualification \& Experience

Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline engineering background will be an added advantage.

• 2-8 years of relevant experience in B2B sales.
• Prior experience in selling industrial item, MRO item \& Industrial B2B is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of industrial Sales and their applications.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to interact confidently with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct visits to industries and manufacturing units.
• Generate leads by meeting Plant Heads, Procurement Teams, and Company Directors..
• Team handle \& Develop a strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and proposals to clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals in line with company policies.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
