Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day IT-related issues of employees.
• Install and maintain computers, laptops, printers and other devices.
• Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi and network issues.
• Manage basic software and system-related problems.
• Support CCTV and biometric systems.
• Maintain IT equipment and inventory records.
• Assist employees with email, MS Office and other applications.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for technical issues.
• Ensure regular backup of important data.
• Maintain basic IT security and system records.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Good troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Manufacturing/plant experience will be preferred.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
