General Manager – HR ( Integrated Steel Plant)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall HR, IR and employee relations for the Integrated Steel Plant.
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, workforce productivity and employee engagement.
• Lead union negotiations, grievances, disciplinary matters and settlements.
• Ensure labour-law, statutory and contract labour compliance.
• Drive performance management, talent development, training and succession planning.
• Manage compensation, wages, benefits and HR operations.
• Provide HR strategy, MIS and business support to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate with MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 9–15 years of HR experience, preferably in Steel/Manufacturing.
• Strong experience in Industrial Relations, Union Management and Labour Laws.
• Experience managing large blue-collar and white-collar workforces.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

Pay

₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
