Client Coordinator Position: Client Coordinator Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Two-Wheeler: Mandatory Driving Licence: Mandatory Job Overview We are looking for a Client Coordinator who can effectively communicate with clients, understand their requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth and timely completion of client-related activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, confident in communication, and have strong follow-up skills. Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients and understand their requirements. Coordinate between clients and internal teams. Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, orders, updates, and pending requirements. Visit clients when required and provide necessary updates. Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination. Handle client queries and coordinate with the relevant team for solutions. Maintain proper records of client interactions and follow-ups. Schedule client meetings and discussions when required. Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients. Monitor the progress of client requirements and ensure timely completion. Requirements Own two-wheeler is mandatory. Valid driving licence is mandatory. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills. Strong follow-up and coordination abilities. Good organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to travel locally for client visits when required. Previous experience in client coordination or customer service is an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
