Roles & Responsibilities Generate quality real estate leads through digital campaigns. Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns. Monitor Google Analytics and campaign performance. Track CPL, conversions, ROI, and lead quality . Manage leads from Google, website, and social media . Coordinate with the Sales/Pre-Sales team for lead follow-up. Track site visits, enquiries, and bookings . Maintain records of leads, ad spend, and conversions . Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports . Optimize campaigns to improve qualified leads and conversions .
