Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team in Karampura. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, explaining our products/services, addressing queries, and supporting sales and customer engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain products, services, offers, and other relevant information to customers.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.

Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer information.

Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.

Coordinate with the sales/team members for lead conversion and customer support.

Maintain a professional and positive attitude while communicating with customers.

Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass; graduates will be preferred.

0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or a similar role.

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Basic computer knowledge.

Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups.

Target-oriented and willing to learn.

Positive attitude and professional approach.
