About this job

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company-provided database.

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.

Explain project details, location, pricing, payment plans, and available options to prospective customers.

Generate and qualify leads through telephonic communication.

Follow up regularly with prospective customers and maintain proper records.

Schedule and coordinate site visits and meetings with the sales team.

Maintain daily call reports and update lead status in the CRM.

Coordinate with the Sales and CRM teams for lead conversion and follow-ups.

Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Maintain a professional relationship with customers and provide timely information.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
