About Tourmax

Tourmax Destination Management Pvt. Ltd. is a growing travel company specializing in domestic and international tour packages, group departures, customized holidays, and destination management services.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our sales team and help convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers from enquiries and leads generated through Facebook, WhatsApp, website, advertisements, and other sources.

Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, budget, and expected travel dates.

Explain Tourmax domestic and international tour packages clearly and confidently.

Follow up regularly with interested customers and maintain proper lead records.

Handle customer questions regarding destinations, packages, hotels, flights, inclusions, exclusions, and payment terms.

Convert enquiries into bookings and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Create urgency and effectively communicate limited-seat offers, early-bird offers, group departures, and promotional rates.

Coordinate with the sales and operations team for quotations, booking confirmation, payments, and customer requirements.

Maintain accurate daily call and follow-up reports.

Reconnect with old leads and generate additional business from existing enquiries.

Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process.

Candidate Requirements

Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Hindi or other languages will be an advantage.

Previous experience in telecalling, travel sales, telesales, customer service, or travel industry is preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in travel sales can also apply.

Good convincing and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups systematically.

Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.

Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.
