Education Diploma/ ITI Mechanical, Fitter, Machinist Engineer. -

Key skills

Min. of 1 year of experience as a CNC machine operator,

Ability to Read \& Interpret 2D Drawing with tolerance

knowledge.

To follow the correct procedure \& quality standards to achieve

the required product quality.

Maintaining 5’s’ Machines and Areas \& Continual improvement

through kaizen activities.

Filling daily production reports \& Shift handover reports.

Functional Area

• Operation of Laser Welding CNC Machines: Set up,

operate, and monitor laser welding CNC machines, adjusting

parameters to meet job specifications.

• Reading and Interpreting Drawings: Interpret 2D/3D

technical drawings to ensure accurate welding paths and

dimensional tolerances.

• Quality Control and Inspection: Perform in-process

inspections to verify the welded quality, ensuring adherence

to specified standards.

• Maintenance and Cleaning of Laser Welding Equipment

Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of optical

components to ensure optimal laser performance.

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain logs of production

data, machine settings, and shift handover reports for quality

tracking.

• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and

standards for laser operations, ensuring a safe working

environment.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
