Guest Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities: Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival. Manage guest seating, reservations, and enquiries. Ensure excellent guest experience and handle feedback professionally. Assist in resolving guest concerns and maintain high service standards. Maintain guest relationships and encourage repeat visits. Support daily front-office and restaurant operations as required.
