Inside Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote and upsell insurance packages and wellness plans.

Understand customer needs and clearly explain product features, benefits, coverage, and value propositions.

Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful sales.

Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively to drive conversions.

Maintain accurate customer information, call records, follow-ups, and sales activity in the CRM.

Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Build strong customer relationships and provide appropriate post-sales support.

Identify opportunities for repeat business, upgrades, and additional products/services.

Maintain a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales journey.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, or a similar customer-facing sales role.

Experience in insurance, financial services, BFSI, or healthcare is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.

Strong persuasion, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.

Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic sales reporting.

Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over calls.

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
