Warehouse Incharge – Furniture Industry

Salary - upto 9 LPA

Location - Hoskote, Bangalore

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations for furniture products.
• Handle inward, outward, receiving, dispatch and stock transfer of furniture.
• Supervise loading and unloading of bulky furniture and ensure safe material handling.
• Ensure proper storage, stacking and SKU-wise arrangement of furniture.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records using ERP/WMS/Excel.
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and cycle counts.
• Check furniture for quantity, quality, damages and missing parts during inward/outward.
• Coordinate with transporters, delivery teams, vendors and stores for timely dispatches.
• Manage returns, damaged products, replacement and reverse logistics.
• Supervise warehouse staff, helpers and loaders and allocate daily work.
• Ensure proper packing, labelling and dispatch documentation.
• Prepare GRN, delivery challan, stock transfer and inventory reports.
• Monitor and minimize stock loss, damage, shrinkage and inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper warehouse space utilization, cleanliness and safety.
• Follow company SOPs, safety standards and inventory control procedures.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Procurement and Logistics teams for smooth warehouse functioning.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Furniture / Home Décor / Home Furnishing warehouse operations.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, dispatch, inward/outward and team handling.
• Comfortable handling large/bulky furniture products.
• Good knowledge of Excel/ERP/WMS.
