Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Café Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Take customer orders accurately and process payments.

Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and food items as per company standards.

Ensure food presentation and quality standards are maintained.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, dining area, and workstations.

Refill display counters and monitor stock availability.

Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

Assist in opening and closing duties of the café.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Support promotional activities and upselling initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum 10th Pass / PUC or equivalent.

0–2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, QSR, or hospitality environment.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Positive attitude and team-player mindset.

Knowledge of Kannada, English, Hindi, Malayalam, or Tamil will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

Cash handling and billing knowledge.

Basic coffee and beverage preparation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
