Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to support day-to-day office operations. The candidate should be comfortable handling basic documentation, data entry, coordination, and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day office and administrative work

Maintain records, documents, and office data

Perform basic data entry and Excel-related tasks

Prepare and manage documents using MS Word

Coordinate with staff, clients, and other parties as required

Handle basic communication through calls, emails, and messages

Assist management with routine office-related tasks

Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

Graduate in any stream

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word

Good verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable communicating in English

Basic computer knowledge

Good organizational and time-management skills

Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn

Freshers can apply, prior office experience will be an advantage

Pay

₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
