Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets. Candidate RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment and sourcing. Ability to work with targets and deadlines. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
