Ltd. is hiring for the position of Non IT Recruiter Details Experience: minimum 6 months to 1 year experience Comapny- CIEL HR Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Work Mode: Work from Office Work Days- 5 days (Mon to Fri) Job Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment activities. Source candidates based on client requirements and job descriptions. Utilize various sourcing channels such as: Job Portals Head Hunting Employee Referrals Job Fairs Social Media Platforms Screen and shortlist suitable candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients. Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection status, document collection, and joining formalities. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in staffing/recruitment industry is mandatory. Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with experience in Sales/Client-facing roles, preferably from industries such as Service, Manufacturing,Beverage (F&B), FMCG, or Logistics. Qualification -Any Graduate.
