About the Role

Ganpati Homez is looking for a strong, disciplined and responsible Collection Support Executive / Bouncer to support our collection team in field visits, customer follow-ups and recovery-related activities.

The candidate should be physically fit, confident, well-disciplined and capable of handling difficult situations calmly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Accompany the collection team during field visits and customer follow-ups.
• Provide physical presence and security support during collection-related visits.
• Assist the collection team in handling difficult or sensitive customer situations.
• Maintain discipline and professional conduct during field activities.
• Support the team in visiting customers for pending payment follow-ups.
• Handle challenging situations calmly without unnecessary confrontation.
• Coordinate with the Collection Executive and HR/Management regarding field activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Submit basic field visit updates to the concerned reporting manager.
• Follow all company rules, policies and professional conduct standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidate with strong physical fitness and confident personality.
• Previous experience as a Bouncer, Security Guard, Collection Support, Recovery Executive or Field Security Personnel will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presence of mind and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Disciplined, punctual and responsible.
• Willingness to travel for field visits within Bhubaneswar and nearby areas.
• Must maintain professional behaviour while representing the company.
• Valid two-wheeler licence will be an advantage.

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and suitability for the role.
