About the Role

Scalemate Services is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in building a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify potential leads through calls and other channels.
• Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
• Present company services to potential clients.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
• Convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Sales Targets

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Meet individual business-generation goals.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and lead conversions.
• Work towards improving sales performance and conversion rates.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in sales/business development.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and positive attitude.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to build good client relationships.
