Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to manage daily site operations, lead the operations team and ensure smooth service delivery and customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth functioning. • Supervise, guide and coordinate with the operations team. • Allocate tasks and monitor attendance, discipline and performance. • Manage customer/visitor flow and ensure quality customer service. • Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams. • Prepare daily reports, MIS and operational records. • Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution. • Coordinate with maintenance/technical teams whenever required. • Ensure implementation of SOPs, safety and operational guidelines. • Conduct team briefings and drive productivity and service quality.
