Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) – Brief JD Role: Virtual Relationship Manager – Banking Sales Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year Qualification: Graduate (Any stream except B.Tech/BE) Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic VRMs to manage customer relationships through digital and telephonic channels. The role involves understanding customer needs, resolving queries, promoting banking products, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers through inbound/outbound calls and digital channels. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products. Cross-sell/up-sell products such as TPP, Loans/Assets, Credit Cards, etc. Achieve assigned sales and portfolio targets. Resolve customer queries and complaints within defined timelines. Promote digital banking services and improve customer engagement. Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM. Follow banking policies, compliance requirements, and quality standards. Build long-term customer relationships and support customer retention. Key Skills: Excellent English communication skills. Proficiency in Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam/Kannada preferred. Customer-focused and persuasive approach. Basic knowledge of banking/financial products. Basic computer and CRM skills. Telesales/sales experience is an added advantage.
