Job Title: Multi-Skilled Technician (Electrical & Plumbing)
Location: Niharika Interlake, Khajaguda, Hyderabad
Type: Full-Time (Day Shift + 24/7 On-Call for Emergencies)

Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced, hands-on Multi-Skilled Technician to manage all daily electrical and plumbing operations for a 150-flat residential community across 2 towers. The candidate will work regular daytime hours for routine maintenance and must be available on-call for emergency breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Maintenance: Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance for plumbing (pipes, valves, sanitary fixtures) and electrical systems (DB boards, common lighting, wiring) across all flats and common areas.

Utility Operations: Inspect and operate water supply motors, drainage pumps, overhead tanks, and basement utility lines daily.
Emergency Breakdown Support: Respond promptly to 24/7 critical emergencies (e.g., major pipe bursts, main power trips, motor failures).

Requirements

Prior hands-on experience as a electrician cum plumber in high-rise apartments or commercial properties.

Ability to troubleshoot motor starter panels, plumbing leakages, and pump operations.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
