Customer Relationship Executive - Post Sales

We are looking for a CRM Executive with experience in residential real estate or residential society operations. The candidate will manage customer coordination and the end-to-end handover process from Sales to CRM.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end handover process from Sales to CRM.

Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and internal departments during handover.

Maintain customer and property-related records accurately.

Manage CRM activities for assigned residential projects.

Use MyGate or other ERP/CRM systems for day-to-day operations.

Address customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution.

Ensure smooth communication and documentation throughout the handover process.

Requirements

2–3 years of relevant experience in residential real estate or society operations.

Experience handling customer handover or CRM activities.

Familiarity with MyGate or any other ERP/CRM system.

Good communication skills in English and Telugu.

Any graduate degree.

Good coordination and documentation skills.

Pay

₹11,117.47 - ₹32,831.50 per month
