CRE – CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE

Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in the showroom

Understand customer requirements and recommend jewellery

Handle enquiries and follow up with customers

Maintain customer database and sales leads

Make calls/WhatsApp follow-ups for enquiries and old customers

Inform customers about new collections, offers and schemes

Build long-term customer relationships

Coordinate with sales and billing teams

Support repeat sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Jewellery showroom experience preferred

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Telugu & English preferred

Basic computer knowledge

Presentable and professional personality

Sales-oriented and target-focused

Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Salary: Based on experience and skills
Location: Manikonda
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
