Scanning Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Scanning Assistant to support document digitization, scanning, file organization, and record management. The role requires accuracy, proper handling of documents, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Scan documents, files, forms, and records using office scanning equipment.
• Check scanned documents for clarity, completeness, and proper orientation.
• Organize and save digital files using appropriate folder structures and file names.
• Upload and maintain scanned documents in designated systems or databases.
• Sort, arrange, and prepare physical documents before scanning.
• Maintain proper records of completed scanning activities.
• Identify missing, damaged, or unclear documents and report them to the concerned team.
• Perform basic data entry related to scanned documents.
• Assist with printing, photocopying, filing, and other documentation tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of company documents.
• Follow assigned scanning schedules and complete tasks within required timelines.
• Support the documentation team with other routine administrative activities.

Required Skills

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Familiarity with scanners, printers, and basic office equipment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and file management.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle documents carefully and systematically.

Eligibility

• 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.

Pay

₹14,181.67 - ₹17,188.91 per month
