Team Leader - Sales

Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for driving results while ensuring sales & compliance? We’re looking for an experienced Team Manager & Team Leader with 5+ years of proven managerial & Team handling experience in domains like NBFC, B2C sales, or B2B sales (not retail/showroom).

What You’ll Do

1.Lead & manage a sales team to achieve targets

• Drive revenue through consultative & solution-based selling
• Ensure compliance with sales processes & client agreements
• Mentor, train & guide your team to success Collaborate with cross-functional teams for client satisfaction

Handle escalations & deliver timely solutions

What We’re Looking For~

4+ years as Sales Manager/Team Leader in NBFC/service/B2B sales

Excellent communication & people-management skills

Strong knowledge of sales strategy & compliance

Proficiency in CRM tools & reporting

Ability to inspire, motivate & drive a high-performing team
