We are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic Office Admin & Telecalling Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls

Follow up with customers and provide basic information

Maintain customer records and office documents

Perform basic data entry and computer-related tasks

Assist with day-to-day office administration

Coordinate with the team for customer requirements

Maintain proper records and documentation
