Working Days

Monday to Friday + 2 Saturdays per month (based on shift allocation).

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced UK Voice Support Executive to handle customer enquiries for our UK-based property management operations. The role involves 70% customer support (international voice) and 30% administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from UK customers professionally.

Respond to customer enquiries, complaints and service requests.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Maintain call records, trackers and follow up on pending requests.

Handle emails, documentation and routine administrative tasks.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a UK customer support voice process (2 years preferred).

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.

Willingness to work night shifts and allocated Saturdays.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
